  Was hired by the Elections Department of Webb County on October 1, 1996.  She is in charge of procuring early voting and election day sites for elections being conducted by Webb County as well as other contracting governmental entities. Supplying candidates with voting lists and/or registration lists are some of the other duties she is in charge of. Volunteer Deputy Voter Resistrars are usually processed by Roxanne.  She is knowledgeable in every aspect of the Elections Office.
