Was hired by Webb County on March 2, 1989 and has been with the Elections Department since 1993. He was appointed Interim Administrator on October 3, 2003 and Elections Administrator on December 14, 2005.  In 1999, through Auburn University and The Election Center, he became the 102nd person nationwide to become a Certified Elections / Registration Administrator (C.E.R.A.). He directs the Elections Department and is entrusted with the responsibility of conducting elections in a fair, unbiased manner.
