Our application for a presidential permit is on file in Washington D.C. Recently, as we prevailed in a lawsuit for declaratory relief against the City. The lawsuit determined that Webb County has the legal right to build an international bridge within Laredo city limits without a permit from the city. Without the City's joining in our effort, however, the project continues to be on hold.
