For review and comment, under its Flood Map Modernization Program, the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has released the Preliminary Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRMs) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for areas with flood risk in Webb County , Texas . FEMA has produced the Preliminary DFIRMs and FIS report in county-wide format, which means that flood hazard information for the entire geographic area of the county, including both incorporated and unincorporated areas, is integrated.

Paper copies of the DFIRMs and FIS for Webb County are available for review in the office of the Webb County Planning Department located in the William N. Hall Administration Building situated at 1110 Washington, Suite 302, Laredo, Texas 78040. Digital copies are available for download in the following formats:
