Motions for Continuance should be filed at least 3 business days before the hearing, to ensure timely processing by the Clerk’s Office and review by the Court.
Rule 11 agreements are not binding on the Court. Agreed does not mean approved.
Consider filing a verified, agreed motion for continuance, if needed, citing the specific reasons for the request.
All witness testimony must be in person or via videoconference. Teleconferencing for testimony is disallowed.
Clients should be advised to log in to Zoom or arrive at the courtroom 15 minutes before the start of the hearing to be identified.
Unidentified devices will be placed in the waiting room until all identified individuals in the well of the court have been called.
