All cases you have in this court will appear on your view case list profile.
Once you upload your proposed criminal and juvenile pleas, proposed exhibits, or any document including case law, opposing counsel will receive an email letting them know that there has been an upload.
If there is an agreement between both counsel to the admission of any uploaded documents, please state the agreement on the record when the case is called.
During a hearing if you would like to reference an exhibit, all exhibits—including but not limited to documents, photographs, audio recordings, maps, and deeds—must be uploaded to Thomson Reuters Case Center prior to the commencement of the court proceeding.
During the hearing, counsel shall request court staff to prompt a document on Case Center by referencing the document number assigned by Case Center or the “bates-stamped” number on Case Center.
The court reporter will download only admitted evidence, stamp it with the exhibit number, and e-file into the case.
