During these uncertain time, we are taking steps to keep everyone safe at the 111th District Court. Following the CDC guidelines, we are not accepting any visitors, this includes all attorneys and law enforcement (officers may contact the Judge directly).

The Judges have signed an emergency order addressing all matters, and giving guidance, moving forward. The public can access the emergency order here:

The following are a few highlights included in the order:

1. Jury Trials for the month of May and June 2020 have been cancelled and litigants must contact the courts for further instructions.

2. The in person court appearances will be limited in accordance with the orders.

3. The court coordinators will be contacting the litigants with court hearings that have already been set and will provide further instructions on how the hearings will take place.
