Drug Court Program Phases
PHASE I Stabilization, Assessment and Orientation
● Minimum 90 days with 30 consecutive sobriety days in order to promote
● Group sessions
● Individual sessions
● Weekly random drug testing
● 12-step meetings
● Bi-Weekly court appearances ( if compliant)
● Weekly contact with case manager
● Payment of court fees
● 20 Community Service Hours
PHASE II Treatment and Early Skills Development
● Minimum 4 months with 60 consecutive sobriety days in order to promote
● Group sessions:
● Individual sessions
● Weekly random drug testing
● 12-Step meetings
● Bi-Weekly court appearances ( if compliant)
● Bi-Weekly contact with case manager
● Payment of court fees
● 20 Community Service Hours
PHASE III Skill Development and Transition
● Minimum six months, 180 consecutive sobriety days for graduation
● Group sessions
● Individual sessions
● Weekly random drug testing
● 12-Step Meetings
● Court appearances: Once a month (if compliant)
● Meet with case manager: Once a month
● Payment of court fees
● 10 Community Service Hours.
*fees and community services hours are reduced with incentives/compliance
GRADUATION
Upon successful completion of the Drug Court Program, participants are recognized with a graduation ceremony. Graduation certificates are awarded to the graduates and the original charge(s) against the participant are dismissed by the prosecutor or, if on probation, the participants probation term may be reduced.
