1.) Who is eligible to receive medical consultation services at the Webb County Employee Clinic?
All full-time and part-time employee can receive services at the Employee Clinic.
Employees DO NOT have to be covered under AETNA Health Insurance.
Dependents that are covered under the county AETNA Health Insurance plan can also receive services.
2.) Can Part-Time employees get an annual physical exam and blood work done at the clinic?
Yes. All clinic services are available to any part-time & full-time employee.
3.) Do I need to pay a co-pay or any fees at the Webb County Employee Clinic?
There is NO COST or COPAY to receive services such as diagnostic testing for (Flu, COVID-19, etc.) or medical consultations.
4.) Are D.O.T. physicals being conducted at the Webb County Employee Clinic?
D.O.T. physicals require drug and alcohol screenings and are not available at the Webb County Employee Clinic.
5.) If children are enrolled under an employee’s county AETNA health plan can they get their annual sports physical examination?
All employees with children enrolled in the Webb County Health Plan are eligible to get their school physical at the Clinic.
