Plat Application & Required Support Data

  • • Two (2) copies of the preliminary/final plat
  • Plat Application & Executed “Memorandum of Understanding” regarding subdivision review fees and deposits as applicable (Part “D” of Plat Application)
  • Fee (see fee schedule blow)
  • • Letter from engineer regarding drainage
  • • Copy of recorded conveyance instrument evidencing ownership of property
  • • Tax Certificates
  • • Construction Designs (if applicable)
    (proposed road, utility easements, drainage design, etc.)
  • Residential Water Facilities (option A & B)
  • A. Water will be provided by connecting to an existing public water system: Water Agreement w/ Receipt
  • B. Water will be provided by individual wells or other non-public systems: Groundwater availability study complying with the requirements of 30 TAC §§ 230.1-230.11 for water availability for individual water supply wells on individual lots
  • Residential Wastewater Facilities (Options A & B)
  • A. Wastewater will be treated by existing retail public utility: Wastewater Agreement w/Receipt
  • B. Wastewater treatment by on-site sewerage facilities (OSSF): Approval of OSSF by TCEQ or Designated Representative
